1. Professional Autoclave Molding Workshop (Core Carbon Fiber Forming Line)

6. Dust-Free Painting & Finishing Workshop
Our independent dust-free spraying workshop features constant temperature & humidity control and air purification circulation systems. Carbon fiber parts are hung for multi-layer primer, clear coat, and color painting treatment. The finished products deliver glossy, scratch-resistant surfaces with clear carbon fiber weave texture, meeting OEM-level automotive surface quality requirements.
7. Clean Assembly & Finishing Workshop
We have two standardized clean assembly workshops with anti-static blue epoxy flooring and dust-proof lighting. Experienced assembly workers conduct part fitting, hardware installation, quality inspection, and packaging.
